Tier System
There are 4 Tiers that will be ranked based on TorkPad criteria.
Users must hold and stake TPAD tokens in order to participate in IDOs.
TORKPAD's Tier
Users can purchase the amount allotted to them based on their tier in the first round, known as the "Allocation Round."
The unsold tokens from the first round are made available in round 2. All tiered members have the option of purchasing an additional amount determined by a tier-based formula. The second round purchasing window opens simultaneously for all members, regardless of tier level. This round is open until all tokens are sold, which usually takes only a few minutes. The IDO is completed once all tokens have been sold.
We will collect data and feedback on the IDO structure in order to optimise the system over time, while also taking community feedback and potential DAO proposals into account.
Our system is a predictable and provably fair system that provides appropriate incentives for our users to accumulate and hold tokens and support each and every project launched. We will adjust weights, add new tiers, and make other changes as needed to keep the system functional, competitive, and rewarding for all community members.
